Usually 3 - 8 days delivery time to USA , Canada and Europe (UE and non UE) (unless PO Box, pouches, keyrings and lunch bags), with DHL Express, UPS or Zeleris.
Other countries PO Box, lunch bags and small Pouches, usually 7 -40 days delivery time, shipped with Correos Spain with delivery confirmation.

Christina is so very responsive and fast the package came in 3 days or so ! She even included a little gift for me.The Quality of the canvas is heavy duty and beautifull and color is true to the pictures.I bought a similar smaller bag from another seller by mistake and the canvas was much thinner and the leather subpar to Christinas product .I will definitely purchase from her again! 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻

How to clean waxed canvas?
You can use your waxed canvas bag or pouch for many years without clean or wash. But if you like to do, you must wash it with a damp cloth with plain water. Do not use water and soap. And let it dry.
It's better to test a small area first.
How to clean canvas backpack?
Your laundry detergent is fine to use for cleaning it. You can wash it by hand or wash machine. If the top flag is wrinkle is better to iron the flap inside out, especially if it's screenprinted.
Custom and personalized orders
We are to much small to have return shipping labels. We can't accept returns.
If some product arrives damaged please contact us. You have to send us a picture and we send another one or refund you the money.
If It isn't like you expected, please let us know.
Can I cancel a purchase?
Yes, you can request for a refund before we proces the shipping of an item. Usually it takes 12 hous, but ask we as soon as possible.

You can choose between four colors of leather straps: black, chocolate, hazelnut and natural. Please, ask us before your purchase, and we'll send you a picture of that options..
Easy way to remove waxed canvas markings
Waxed canvas is a great fabric, sturdy and durable. Over time more marks will appear. If you like a surface without marks and wrinkles, there’s an easy way to remove them. Use a hair dryer close to the surface at the highest power, in a few secons markings will disappear.
